What currency are your products priced?

All products listed on Little Yellow Brick are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Do you ship overseas?

Yes we ship overseas (limited destinations) via Qxpress standard delivery. Shipping rates vary according to destination and weight/volumetric weight. Please email us for shipping rates before placing an order.

22 Jun 2020 update: Overseas parcels are handled by the overseas service provider once they leave the country of origin (Singapore). Little Yellow Brick is not responsible for loss mail after the parcel departs Singapore. It is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange for redelivery with the overseas service provider.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfers, PayLah! and PayNow. We prefer bank transfers, PayLah! and PayNow. :)

For bank transfer, PayLah! and PayNow, payment details will be sent after your order is placed. Payment has to be made within 24 hours after details have been sent, or your order will be automatically cancelled, thank you!

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped within 3 to 4 business days. Should you require an urgent order, please reach out to us via email before placing your order.

There is no courier service on Sundays. Local orders shipped on Saturdays will be delivered the following week.

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery charges are a flat rate of $4, via an external courier. Orders above $80 are entitled to free shipping.

I was not home when a delivery attempt was made. What should I do?

A tracking link and number will be sent to your given email when your order is shipped. Please contact qxpress directly for redelivery. Little Yellow Brick is not responsible for arranging with the courier for the redelivery of your items.

Why was my order packed in a recycled box?

We use recycled boxes to pack our orders. Should you have a preference, or would like to gift your order, please let us know. Write instructions or leave a message in the message box at the shopping cart page orr send us an email once you have placed your order.

How do I care for my items?

Natural, unpainted wooden products can be sanded or waxed to maintain their appearance. Use a small piece of sandpaper to rub gently on uneven surfaces/small stains to smoothen them. Apply food grade, safe waxes such as beeswax to protect your wooden items. Using wax or oil on wood may change the appearance and colour of the product.

Untreated wooden tools and toys should not be used with water. Air dry wooden tools - do not dry under direct sunlight, the wood may expand and crack. Store in a cool and dry place should they get wet, so they do not grow mold, or use food grade wood wax to protect your wooden items. Dap a drop or two of white vinegar on a dry cloth to clean and protect wooden items from mold.

Natural, rattan products should not be used with water. Gently clean with a cloth to remove dust and dirt. They should be treated with care to avoid damage/breakage.

Would you be restocking items or bringing in more designs/brands?

You may find us bringing in limited colours/toys from a brand, these are specially selected by us, in line with the direction of our small business.

Do you do preorders? Can I reserve an item?

We generally do not do pre-orders and reservations, unless otherwise stated. Sorry!

What is your return policy?

We check through all items carefully before handing them over to the courier. Items damaged during the process of delivery are not covered for returns. We will accept returns for incorrect item/s delivered. Customers will be given the option of an exchange or refund, to be processed within 5 working days.
